Our Commitment to Knowledge Sharing
Research should be useful, understandable and available to the people who need it.
SIART publishes and curates materials that help farmers, students, researchers, institutions and development partners understand agricultural and environmental challenges, explore practical approaches and learn from field-level experience.
Publication Categories
Research Reports
Research reports share findings, observations, methods and learning from SIART’s work in soil health, microbial technologies, bio-input innovation, crop systems and sustainable agriculture.
Each report should clearly mention:
- Publication date
- Authors and contributors
- Research objective
- Location or agro-climatic context
- Methodology
- Key observations
- Limitations
- References and acknowledgements
Field Trial Reports
Field-trial reports document practical evaluation of agricultural practices, soil-health approaches, microbial inputs and crop-management methods under field conditions.
These reports should present information responsibly and avoid overstating results. Outcomes can vary by soil, crop, season, climate, farming practice and local conditions.
Soil Health and Farmer Guides
Practical guides are designed to help farmers understand:
- Soil testing and nutrient balance
- Organic matter and soil biology
- Microbial farming
- Biofertiliser use
- Natural and regenerative farming
- Crop nutrition and root-zone care
- Water conservation and climate resilience
Training Manuals
Training materials support farmer programmes, youth workshops, institutional sessions and community learning on agriculture, plantation, biodiversity, rural entrepreneurship and environmental responsibility.
Plantation and Biodiversity Reports
These reports document plantation activities, species selection, site planning, community participation, monitoring and survival-learning practices under the Harit Sansar mission.
Hodopathy Knowledge and Conservation Papers
This category includes responsible material related to Adivasi knowledge, medicinal plants, traditional foods, oral histories, biodiversity conservation and ethical documentation.
Sensitive community knowledge will not be published without appropriate consent and safeguards.
Project and Impact Reports
Project reports share programme objectives, activities, partnerships, participation, photographs, outcomes and learning from agriculture, plantation, water restoration and social-development initiatives.
