The presentation of the “Jharkhand Agriculture Export Roadmap 2030” by Rajeev Singh, Founder & Managing Director of Sansar Green, at a state-level agriculture export workshop received prominent media coverage.
The workshop, held at Krishi Bhavan, SAMETI, Ranchi, focused on preparing Jharkhand’s farmers and Farmer Producer Organisations for national and international markets.
Rajeev Singh highlighted the export potential of products such as Giridih potato, turmeric, tamarind, mahua, mango, chilli and tomato, while stressing the need for better quality standards, grading, processing, packaging, cold-chain infrastructure and market linkages.
The roadmap also emphasised the important role of FPOs in aggregation, storage, quality management and connecting farmers with larger markets.
