Species Integrity Exclusively indigenous, drought-hardy forest and fruit species (Sal, Karanj, Mahua, Peepal, Neem, Bael). Monocultures and invasive ornamentals are strictly barred.
Soil Pre-Conditioning Biological root-zone enrichment using beneficial nitrogen fixers, phosphorus solubilizers, and Trichoderma prior to sapling insertion.
Auditing & Monitoring 24- to 36-month structured maintenance horizon with quarterly geo-tagged photo audits, canopy density reports, and third-party verifiable metrics.
Statutory Compliance Complete alignment with Section 135, Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 (MCA Form CSR-2 ready) and public administrative accountability norms.

Project Lifecycle: From Submission to Field Execution

1.Step 1: Project Scope & Site Submission:Submit project parameters via the portal below.

The requesting organization submits site baseline data: land ownership status, boundary area, water availability, and target community demographics.

2.Step 2: Technical Due Diligence & Feasibility:Joint technical site review and soil diagnostics.

Our field agronomists and forestry teams review the site (or conduct an in-person assessment) to evaluate soil pH, compaction, drainage, and local species ecology.

3.Step 3: Detailed Project Report (DPR) & MoU:Statutory DPR with line-item budgets and timeline.

A comprehensive technical proposal is delivered, defining execution phases, micro-irrigation layout, community mobilization strategy, and audited milestones.

4.Step 4: Field Execution & Inoculation:Community mobilization and biological planting.

Civil earthworks, biomass incorporation, microbial soil conditioning, and dense multi-tier planting are completed with local village collectives and SHGs.

5.Step 5: Stewardship, Audits & Planned Handover:Periodic reporting leading to community transfer.

Execution of the multi-year maintenance schedule, quarterly progress reporting, and eventual planned handover to community or institutional custodians.
