Social Initiatives
People-Centred Action for a Greener and Stronger India
Rajeev Singh believes that real development must reach people.
His social initiatives bring together environmental awareness, farmer support, youth participation, women’s empowerment, education, nutrition gardens, rural skills and community action.
The purpose is to help communities build knowledge, confidence and local capability while protecting the soil, water, trees and biodiversity on which their future depends.

Our Approach
Social development and environmental development are closely connected.
A farmer with healthier soil gains greater resilience.
A family with a kitchen garden gains nutrition awareness.
A student who plants and protects a tree becomes an environmental leader.
A women’s group with skills and opportunity strengthens the whole community.
A village that protects its water body protects its future.
Our initiatives are designed to create practical, inclusive and long-term community value.
Key Social Initiatives
Farmer Awareness and Support
We organise and support awareness programmes related to soil health, microbial farming, natural agriculture, plantation, crop care, water conservation and sustainable rural livelihoods.
Youth and Student Engagement
Young people are encouraged to participate in plantation drives, biodiversity learning, environmental campaigns, agricultural awareness, green volunteering and leadership activities.
Women’s Groups and Community Participation
Women’s Self-Help Groups and local women leaders can participate in kitchen gardens, nursery work, plantation, nutrition awareness, traditional food knowledge, natural-input awareness and rural enterprise learning.
School Environment Education
Schools and colleges are supported through plantation programmes, green-campus activities, kitchen gardens, nature clubs, biodiversity awareness and practical environmental learning.
Kitchen Gardens and Nutrition Awareness
Kitchen and community gardens help families and institutions grow vegetables, herbs and useful plants while encouraging nutrition awareness, local food knowledge and responsible use of natural resources.
Plantation for Public Good
Tree plantation programmes are conducted with communities, institutions and volunteers to improve green cover, protect biodiversity, create healthier surroundings and build collective environmental responsibility.
Rural Skills and Entrepreneurship
Youth, farmers and community groups are encouraged to explore sustainable livelihood opportunities related to agriculture, nurseries, plantation, natural inputs, farm produce, value addition and green services.
Indigenous Knowledge and Cultural Respect
Through Hodopathy-related awareness, the initiatives encourage respect for Adivasi knowledge, traditional foods, native plants, biodiversity and the cultural wisdom of local communities.
